I spent years fighting focus. Then I found the Pomodoro Technique and my life genuinely changed. The concept: work for 25 minutes, break for 5. Repeat four times, then take a longer break. That's it. Deceptively simple. What I didn't expect: the time pressure makes tasks feel manageable. A vague 'work on project' becomes 'work on project for 25 minutes.' Way less intimidating. I've been doing it for eight months. I'm more productive AND I feel less wrecked at the end of the day. The only downside is that I'm now that person who explains the Pomodoro Technique to everyone. Sorry.
