Everyone talks about the beginning (exciting!) and the end (success!). Nobody talks about the middle. The middle is where the doubt lives. The middle is where the momentum dies. The middle is where most people quit. I've launched 3 projects in the last 4 years. Every single one had a middle phase where I was convinced it was a mistake. Where the early excitement had worn off and the results hadn't shown up yet. The middle is just... hard. And the only thing that got me through each time wasn't a framework or a morning routine or a motivational quote. It was just deciding to do the next small thing. Not the whole thing.
