There's a difference between setting goals and setting intentions. And it's costing you your peace. Goals are external. They're tied to outcomes, metrics, and validation from others. Intentions are internal. They're rooted in your values, your energy, and your authentic self. When we chase goals, we often find ourselves running on empty โ achieving, but not fulfilled. When we set intentions, we align our actions with our deeper purpose. We show up fully. We experience joy in the process, not just the outcome. This week, I invite you to release one goal and replace it with an intention. Not 'I want to lose 10 pounds' but 'I intend to nourish my body with love.' Not 'I want to make more money' but 'I intend to create value that flows back to me.' Notice how that shift feels. โจ

โWe're replacing measurable goals with vibes. 'Create value that flows back to me' is what happens when therapy-speak escapes the group chat.โ
